 Summer Schedule below runs through September 1.
There are no classes on the following dates:  July 4, 7, 14, 18, 21, August 4.

Mondays - 5-6:15pm  (Beginning/Continuing)

Tuesdays - 6:00-7:00 pm (All Levels) Palos Park Location
Wednesdays:  11:00-12:15 (Easy Pace) 
7:00-8:00  (Back Care Class)

Saturdays - 8:30-10:15am - (Continuing)
10:15-11:30am - Gentle (Beginning/Continuing)
